End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and PINUP THINGS LTD for the Pinup Things software product, including its associated media and documentation (the "Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

License grant

PINUP THINGS LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Android devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

License restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software.
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose without authorization.
• Use automated systems to access or interact with the Software.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Software.
• Use the Software in any unlawful manner.

Intellectual property

The Software is licensed, not sold. PINUP THINGS LTD retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of PINUP THINGS LTD.

• We own: all software code, design, graphics, text, and branding in the App.
• You own: the boards, pins, notes, tags, and images you create using the App.

No accounts, no data collection

The Software does not require an account and does not collect personal data. All content you create is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Warranty disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PINUP THINGS LTD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PINUP THINGS LTD be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, including loss of locally stored data.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of it.

Updates and modifications

PINUP THINGS LTD may provide updates to the Software, which may be automatically downloaded and installed through Google Play. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.

Governing law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PINUP THINGS LTD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
