Boards, pins, notes, tags, and images you create in the App belong to you. Pinup Things does not claim ownership of your content and does not access it, since everything is stored locally on your device.

The App is appropriate for users aged 13+ and is designed to be family-friendly. It contains no explicit or inappropriate content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant error-free operation, specific results, or continuous availability. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PINUP THINGS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data arising from your use of or inability to use the App — including data loss from uninstalling the App or clearing app storage, since all content is stored locally.
